Drupal, SEO/SEM, Project Management is what this blog and what –mostly- this site is about, along with some general IT news and business management.

Project management is what I am doing as full time job at the moment. Project Management is what you need on everything you build.
If you build a big IT project for a customer or just a web site for your own you are doing some project management even if you don’t know it.
You manage time, resource, technology and available solutions. You manage cost and time. For big projects, no mater how good technical skills you have, the only way to succeed is to have Project Management skills.

SEM/SEO, I use it all the time when building projects. As I said, what’s the point to have a site if you don’t want people being able to find it? SEM and SEO, in my opinion, are by far more important of design or extra features. The truth is the good design, good functionality and proper SEO/SEM is what makes a good site. Most people leave last part out. These are the sites you will never see.

Drupal. is what I use most for my projects. From a business application to web or mobile site I see it as the first option before going to write custom code. I have use most of available CMS, e-learning platforms, shopping carts and so on, Drupal is for me the best general tool for building up. It’s not easy to master it, but once you do, most things happen easy.
